Payment:

All work is to be completed after payment has been received unless another verbal or text agreement has been made between LumenArt and the Client.

Shipping:

Shipping rates may change to accommodate for carrier insurance and the current rate. All items will be shipped with the appropriate insurance through the carrier and LumenArt holds no responsibility to replace any damaged items, but will replace any damaged items with an identical sign at the cost of the insurance payout from the carrier.

Warranty:

Due to the custom nature of our items, LumenArt does not include any warranty outside of defects or damage during the manufacturing process. All shipping damage claims are to be claimed through the carrier, and any damage to the product once it arrives carries no warranty.
